After I retired from 32 years in the corporate world, I needed to focus on my own recovery. I got involved with RCOSA when I agreed to sponsor one of the residents there. I could see that Steve had an excellent recovery program going which I wanted to be a part of. When he asked me to be on the Board, I gratefully accepted. I have been blessed to be on the Board now for ten plus years. I continue to be amazed by the work Steve G does with people in recovery. This has helped me maintain my own sobriety for 36 years. My wife and I have helped RCOSA through hosting community dinners and some financial support, and I’ve helped Steve with his annual fundraising event. And I remain committed to helping Steve with RCOSA’s mission.
